A vintage Prosecco is a specialty from first-class grapes from an excellent year and this is Spumante, produced like champagne in classic bottle fermentation. It shines bright yellow in the glass, the scent is finely aromatic with notes of citrus fruits and bright flowers. On the palate it is refreshing with a pleasant perlage and a dry, gentle finish.
